If the leaded bits are inside the glass about £20.
If they're on the outside then I'd say around about bugger off.

We only go to (houses) sandbanks ete (posh areas) and we put in a high price and they will pay, one customer said... you are not as cheap as are last window cleaner, but we are glad to have someone as professional as your selfs 8) also we have to charge VAT with are prices, what with being VAT reg

I would also say £30 could get a bit more depends on the area.
I'm moving down to christchurch area in next month or so nice to know theres a few of you on here in that area.
Any tips for the best areas apart from sandbanks of course ( think i'll need to smarten the van up first)
Cheers Darren

;D ;D ;D ;D
I concur :P
-
I would say about £28 not bad for 1/2 hours work
-
You guys are too cheap!
Including the conservatory sides I would charge £40.
Andy
-
£25 then negotiate for the cons. roof.
-
I reckon that's about £24. I would probably go for £36 for the first clean though and go around it twice. Without the extra for the first clean, I would maybe stick on £2 or £3 for each clean and hope that they want me for more than a few visits.
-
£25 monthly
And that's doing them a favour - look at the lead, bays and conservatory.
Trad? Your avin' a laff! Look at all the windows you'd miss!
-
Here's mine give us a honk if you see me :D
-
Andy,s spot on around £40.00 and no less as it would take at least 40 mins (thats Harrogate area)
Poleman - Could you tell me where you got your van written up-it looks great and looking to get mine done .
Thanks Robbie - Clearshine

you guys make me realise im way under priced, one of my monthly cleans is a big b&b with a lot more windows than this one,and all for £20. think i need to have a word with myself :-\

£30 - £35
-
I,d say £30 tops for us.
I also have commercial twice that size at £25.00 same as rugby.
Been out pricing houses quoted £30.00 for slightly bigger but all georgian so nightmare, quoted £30 to dears . left a week we have a weekly job so looking for work there offered £25.00 six-weekly including frames, but still to dear.
There is still a lot of cheap domestic, this house is worth £600,000 + k so got the money.
