And first prize goes to .........................Doctors surgery appointment cards. I've been on my local surgery appointment cards for about 2 years so far. NOT HAD 1 JOB FROM THEM. Ok so my ad isnt the best. Not much space on them. But I think absolutely no one must read them.

Just thought of this reading your post people need to see a ad more then once i might see the doc once a year

Paul You're right to a degree but some people are always in the doctors. Obviously no one reads the cards. Just thought of this...................one of the other advertisers on the cards is a Funeral Directors no less. I ask you.......on a doctors appointment card ;D ;D ;D

When i was a postman in salisbury i delivered to a funeral directors whoms name was WILL CASE & SONS

Also avoid DIY shops, Suppermarkets etc.
The companies are usually based in the North West, Blackpool area.
If you try to get out of paying they bite

Many years ago I refused to pay when I found the rack of cards in a back yard covered in old boxes. Took a photo and told them to take me to court.
Never touched them since.

Regretably the stand has stayed in position.
What I object to is they sell you space on the card stand.
Exclusive carpet cleaning.
Then Homebase allow a leaflet base advertising company to put leaflet type adverts on the wall.

I believe the ideal business would be an undertakers.
After all, everyone is dying to get in there. :o :o
