How big is each pane and what configuration are they in?  5 columns and 4 rows I guess .
Are they big enough to use a small squeegee on the inside?
Outside how much work is off the ground and at what height?
With sash windows you always have to do the inside first because it leaks back to the outside.  From what you have said it looks like the job is at least a days work.

Shawn

For a regular contract i  would charge £2.00  for both then increase according to frequency. Thats £340 it still might be to much for commercial, but thats the midlands.

That's probably about the right price.  Don't bring the price down just to get the job because when you are doing it in 6 months time you'll realise it's not worth it.  If anything go a little higher.  I always charge more for the insides.  On sash you have to do the insides first if you are useing a blade as well, so you might not be able to start as early as you like.
