Title: how much to charge

hi i am hoping to win a contract with my local council on the cleaning,  i am looking at how much to charge them on stiping and re polishing vinyl floors, and other polished areas,
what i would like is a bit of info on how much to charge them per meter square and should i make it cheaper for them if they want a large area to do or even if they have a lot of small areas amounting to a lot of area

this can vary greatly ,what is the build up of polish on floor like , test with a scratch of a coin ,what are the edges like is there a large build up there ,how much furnitur is there to move round all these are factors to how long the job will take and only experience will help you judge the time needed and then price by your hourly rate.
