I've got a big conservatory clean coming up and the owner has pointed out some staining on the glass he can't shift. I had a quick look and it looks a bit like overspray or light coloured mould spots near the cills. I have run my finger over it but can't feel it, I tried a scraper and nothing happened. He's tried limescale remover and that didn't work any ideas?

We use mdr and elbow grease and remember charge accordingly, ie; time spent on job.

Thanks two questions: where do I get mdr and whats a white pad?

MDR you can get that from most window cleaning suppliers
cleantech.co.uk
windowcleaningwarehose.co.uk
the white pad you can get from your local corner shop or supermarket.
they have a sponge one side and a white scouring pad the other.
