can any body tell me if the new carbon tec pole is any lighter than my brodex 30 ft fibre glass pole if not could some one recomend an allround 30 ft carbon pole
-
i recommend the 34ft facelift i have just changed from a 30ft gf to the facelit only used it one day though but it just feels fantastic
also as all the sections come apart it can be used as a 18ft/24ft pole 3 poles in one
i got this pole after recommendations from other users on this site

how easy is the pole to take apart while workin on site thanks for the info on facelift poles
-
just undo the quick release clips and pull it out then pull the hose through the unused sections
there is a red band on the bottom of each pole section to warn you when each section is at the full extension so you dont pull it apart when working with multiple sections
-
thanks for the info will have a look at the face lift looks like a good pole

Definitely recommend a 'Facelift' carbon pole. Excellent grip especially if wet. Not quite as rigid as an 'Ionics' but similar and slightly lighter. Also the clamps are better.

Before spending out over £600 on the Facelift, consider Gardiners Ultra-lightweight Superlite pole, it's modular as against telescopic but it is incredibly light and rigid, currently I believe it's the lightest pole on the market...and doesn't cost as much as the Facelift either!
No moving parts so no clamps to wear our or slip..a very impressive pole, as this has the pole hose outside the pole, you only use the sections you need to use...
