Hi
Have you tried using Jeyes fluid? My husband puts it in a spray bottle and leaves it for a while, they rubs it in with a stiff brush and pressure washes it off, it seems to work.

Hi
No chemicals needed to clean it off. Just clean with flat surface cleaner and pressure washer.
If cleaned regularly (every 12 months for most places unless overhanging trees etc) then you shouldn't have a problem.
Also, no nasty chemicals going into the ground.
Think of the planet!

my first thoughts is just to use a pressure washer but if you do not have one buy some cheap thin bleach about £1.50 for 5 ltrs from wholesaler must be thin then spread it over whole of yard with stiff brush dont worry about using too much its cheap leave for a while and hose off quick cheap easy my yard about 10x20ft takes me about 1/2 hour job done everything packed away
