hi can any one give tips on how to make a pole carier for my van roof rack,
my diy skills strecth to changing a plug ;D

Hi Ive got one for sale 3mtrs long
aluminium case and lockable caps 
with the fittings to mount to the roof rack
yours for£60 plus postage

Go to your local builders suppliers ask fora 3mtr / 4mtr  legnth of soil pipe  (what ever size you need)  2 stop ends and 2 brackets .
Cut the pipe to your legnth then fit in the stop ends, fix to your roof rack with the brackets . There you go £25 ish
