There is NCCA Newslink and Cleaning Matters, Cleaning & Maintenance and Cleaning & Hygene Today have cc articles.

I assume you know about the American mags,
ICS (http://www.icsmag.com/) and Cleanfax (http://www.cleanfax.com/)

Another general cleaning magazine with free subscription is the electronic mag:  http://www.thecleanzine.com   It's published weekly and arrives by email.
