YEP
Its synthentic fibre, some times refered to as buffalo skin.
HWE no probs. I mist m/s aggitate then extract and towel dry. Looks awful when wet ( like buffalo skin) but dries fine.

As paul says perfectly safe to clean,

Faux just means False, although some times you might have a harder problem convincing the client she has a false sued suite  ;D

I have cleaned loads of these for a store that bought shop soiled sofas, pro chem recommended pre vac then mist with  pre spray gold, aggitate with a soft brush and towel. the effect is immediate the result outstanding and best of all low drying times. if it is very bad rinse using fibre rinse in extraction unit and towel after. Of course charge accordingly.

According to pro chem pre spray gold doesnt attract the dirt back to the fabric so if a mild residue is left it is no problem. by the way i` ve cleaned about twenty of these pieces of furniture in the last 6 months without 1 complaint only happy customers infact just booked another one this evenning.

John
you may not get complaints.
Its not about attracting the soil.
If you spray in a chemical and not fully extract it them alot of the chemical will still be in there.
I would only  spray and mop with towel using a m/s as you put less chem in a and it works under aggitation so most will be removed.
However I would only do this on a clean  to mod dirty suite.
A dirty suite will need HWE.
