I do it for the occasional customer who specifically requests it (two at present). However, I make it clear that I am only doing it in order not to alarm them. I am NOT doing it in order to REQUEST cleaning their windows (i.e. a not today thanks without good cause will be treated as a cancellation).

Now he's trying to join our site to read up on us because he didn't realise that we run a cartel on overpriced window cleaning. Oh and by the way 'Squeeky' even he admitted he'll probably have to change to WFP!!
