placed an order with gardiners for the first time last week, very helpful, polite etc. got my order & there was something wrong with it, now this was in no way gardiners fault. rang them to explain, they appologised & then sorted it out right away & by no obligation but more their good nature i ended up better off with much more than i bargained for :D.
I would like to state what actualy happend but would not want their good nature to be comprimised by the odd chancer who may read it & try taking advantage :o
anyway, thankyou gardiners, you are now top of my list for future wfp purchases. :) :) :)

-
i just wish they sold trad gear too, then i could do all my shopping in one place as they are very good on prices with wfp. :)

i'm still waiting for my answer. Alex????

He certainly seems to give solid answers. What's his story then? this flattering but slightly embarrassing thread may be hard for him to approach. So how did he get into supplying us, did he used to be a window cleaner?

Alex is a w/c but i think Kirsty is more sales orientated

Hi Guys -it's Alison, Alex's other half
I'm always having a nosey at the forum, you've got such lovely people on it. I'll let Alex know I'm doing this later....
Alex started trad window cleaning when he was 16 (21 years ago), started using the WFP system about 6 years ago. About 18 months ago his sister Kirsty started a business (www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk) which Alex supports with technical advice, etc. The Super-Lite is his baby and we have hundreds of prototype brushes, taper ends, etc cluttering up the garage to prove it! So he's a window cleaner, gives technical support to Kirsty's business (she's great by the way) and inventor (oh, and also a father of six!).
I'm blushing now so got to go!

Now thats what I call a reply!
Way to go, you guys make a great team - keep up the good work and that goes for Kirsty as well of course !
Thanks for all your help Kirsty :)
-
best suppliers ive used as well.

They are very helpful, reliable and probably one of the quickest when it comes to posting ordered items out in the post. Kirsty knows her business very well and has a very pleasant voice on the telephone which I find hypnotic. I think it's her sales strategy to get you to place more orders!!

Glad its not only me that thinks that ;D.
What i like about Kirsty is you tell her what you want & want it to do & her recommendation is always spot on.
A very trustworthy company.

Hey, if I had six kids, I'd be in the ruddy garage designing stuff; away from all the mayhem that must originate from having SIX kids!
Nutters. Haven't you heard of 'television'? You can get it with sound and in colour too!
