Title: if pubs r bad, wat is the best commercial to chase

i here what you say about pub carpets, but what are the best commercial contracts to chase

dentists, doctors, officess........etc etc etc..

I have approached dentist doctors etc with no luck i had some interest from insurance offices and solicitors, hotels seem to want it cheap, getting a good response from privately owned guset houses and recently sent letters to lettings agents (they must have loads of work)
they should get there letters this morning         paul

I dont really think you should rule any sector of the market out just because of other pepoles bad expierences,
Just try to learn from the mistakes that have happened to them IE: pubs dont pay on time make sure that you only except cash on the day.
They are,rnt loyal :dont make them a priority.
I think it,s always better to service awide section of the market .
remmeber dont put all your eggs in one basket.
