i am asking because i would like to know who is reliable ....

i called several companies yesterday late afternoon asking for them to send some samples so i may look at their products......
and hey presto today one supplier had already sent a box of them........i was impressed.


i have been using one company for a while, and i want to see what else is available

when the poll is over i will tell who made the express delivery!

guys

i see this a little differently,

who has the best products?

answer no one provider.

so its a mater of testing products and then finding out how each provider works and then adapt to that. if you want to give your customer the best service you will need to have confidence in the products you use. because there are many factors involved this is very personal to each cleaner.

for example the type of system you use of the level of performance of your equipment.

neil

i didnt have enough room for alltec............several people have told me they are good so i decided to omit them from the vote.....
that was the  reason they are not there ;D

i use who ever got what i need, tend to like the guys at hydrmaster, but i think the poll will tell you just whos got the most customers on this forum, if you see what i mean,

Strange selection of companies - why no Prochem, Alltec, Craftex, Cleansmart, Amtech, Restoremate etc?  ???

with polls....u can select 5!!!!!

i called all of the above and more to send samples of their products......

i have used prochem,  craftex so i know what they can do...............alltec i know about.........
 i wanted to see how the other company compare!!!!! ;D

Solutions have a good all round service , ashby's have always been hard to deal with in my experience.

Once you have a bit of knowledge on what works best for you then i would say Cleansmart offers the best range because they stock a a variety of products from different suppliers and i think Matt  did a survey prior to starting, to find the most popular products used by a range of  carpet cleaners.

Restormate supplies craftex, prochem,chemspec,envirodri,numatic and nemesis.Everything under one roof.Cleansmart & Hydramaster offer excellent service and product range too
