Title: Zerorez - Cleaning with special water?

While having a surf around tonight I came across the Zerorez System (http://www.zeroresidue.com) which uses "special water" Primacide B (http://www.electricaquagenics.com/pages/primacide/primacide_applic.html) from Electric Aquagenics. (http://www.electricaquagenics.com/pages/industry/industry_carpet.html)

Seems it's specially treated tap water -Peckham Spring?  ;D

Anybody heard of this before or know any more?
