Title: George Please Help

Hi
Had a nightmare day

Computer crashed couldnt do a thing with it so i had to put the recovery disc in

Now lost all my 300+ customers on George

Luckily backed it up most days on the net

How do i get them back ???

I have downloaded George again now but it says its an ivaluation copy again

Please help im haveing a nightmare today  :-\

Hi,


You need to download the Data Restore programe here http://www.georgesystems.co.uk/Download/download.html then basicly run this programe (make your George is not running at the time) select folder on the data restore programe to were u have saved your backups to ie> on a flash drive etc. Then click restore.

Oh i have just noticed you said u backed them up to the internet not your own equipment!!!

if its with george internet backup you will have to contact george they will send your ur latest backup.

Then you do what i said in my other post.

Bad luck mate,

I always email myself my backups to a hotmail account and put them in a folder that way you can always get to it

All sorted now   :D :D

Many thanks to paul @ George for helping me emails sent and received so quickly and problems now rectified

If anyone is considering getting George there customer support is second to none
