I currently have 22 retail stores which i do , all for the same company which i am selling . I have been doing them for two years now but the travelling is doing my head in!! I live in Notts and they stretch all the way down to Swindon!!! I am now heavily involved in builder's cleans and that is the direction i'm going in. You can see why i'm tired of the travelling.
THIS WORK IS PERFECT FOR SOMEONE IN THE SOUTH MIDLANDS OR EVEN EASIER FOR SOMEONE IN THE SOUTH OR LONDON.
They take two days to do for one person or a day and a half for two people.
ALL PAYMENT IS MADE IN CASH!!!!! Simply clean the windows - take in your card with the amount on - and they pay it out of petty cash.
Two days work for £ 700 cash !!!
This work will probably be available from end of either March or April or early May. I AM DEFINITELY SELLING THOUGH.
I am not willing to split this work. Last thing i need is one person saying i'll have that store, another saying, I'll have this store...It is available as a whole lot only.
Ive been doing this work for two years and it is a genuinely good job but to get to it from Notts involves at least 2.5 hours travelling each way and I am now heavily involved in builder's cleans for large house building companies closer to home.
From a starting point of Watford day one genuinely takes one person 11 hours including all travelling to do 11 stores - all around North London area - £ 330 - that's £30.00 cash for every hour of that 11 hours including travelling.
Day two in truth is longer - from a starting point of Cambridge and ending in Reading it will take 2 people 15 hours going West across the country from Cambridge to ending in Reading - £370 - that's £24.6 for every hour of that 15 hours including travelling.
In total then it equates to £700.00 CASH !!! for 26 hours work £26.90 per hour!!
The work is all low level - no ladders needed at all, just an extendable pole - i am a traditional window cleaner so if you're WFP you will rip it round!!!!!!!! 80% is under canopy so no problem if it rains. The longest store takes 2 people 50 mins to do and the quickest takes 20 mins.
The difficulty i have is that i only do it once a month so if i get a lot of interest in it then obviously I can't take 10 people round with me, that's just stupid!!!! This is quality work. I'm happy for a first come first served basis for one or two people to come with me to see the work next month - you won't be disappointed!!!!
This will be available for £2200.00
If you are interested please email me directly with any questions.

Are you sure thats not 41 hours total
one person 11 hours on day 1
and 2 persons 15 hours on day 2 = 30 man hours.
so 30 + 11 = 41
I am not knocking it just want to make sure it is clear in my mind
Thanks
Dave

Actually yeah good point sorry only counted one person on day two. 41 hours but still a cracking hourly rate.
-
Julian
just give me 1 hour to think about it. I might be interested

Is there any guarantees with this work , with it being one retailer.
What if they pulled the plug and chose to put it to tender etc the next month or shortly afterwards
Dave
-
I've being going there every month for two years and never had a problem yet.
I am now doing a lot of work with two local house builder's in North East Notts where i live and something has to give...and it has to be the stuff furthest away from me.

that'll be 17 quid an hour then?? 700 devide by 41 :(
thats a weeks work.
-
That's a fair sum of money for one verbal, goodwill contract, spread out over a fair distance just for £17p.h.
-
take away fuel costs too!
-
I reckon that much money (and more) can be earned by someone working closer to home once everything is taken into account. However, I reckon it would be suitable for a company that has employees or reliable subcontractors who span a wide area.
-
I think you are all still missing the bigge picture,
It is still £700 that can be earned in 2 days.
say what you want how many here achieve that every week.
If i lived closer i would snatch his hand off subject to contract.
Which i would add since all this work was for the same company , somekind of safe guard would have to be written into the agreement.
ie paid in installments subject to the work still being live in 12 months time of ownership.
That would seem fair all round

Sounds good money, but if you take off 45 quid for Petrol,
which i consider fair for approx 13 Hrs. of driving (22 Stores
x 35 mins cleaning time) then you are under 16 quid an Hr.
Be honest who wants to do 15 Hrs a day ?, what if you get
caught in a traffic jam for two or more hours, then your going to be
too knackered on the next day. Believe me I do something similiar
4 days a week!, I have not found an Employee who wants to do this
with me.
-
dave
i'll sell you 48 hours work that earns far more than 700 quid + you can still do it in 2 days!!! :o :o :o just get a good nights kip the day before ;)
dave i think its YOU who's missing the point.
-
Guys I wasn't trying to start an arguement..it's not rocket science this job.... £700...takes two days...one of them is a long day...which i have been honest about.....
and it's all cash....
-
no i am not missing the point , £700 for 2 days be honest how many here even submitted a tax return for more than £20 k last year.
Squeeky , doesnt even take that in a fortnight

you are genuine, that is not in question mate, its the fact that its not 2 days work, its a weeks worth of work. 41 hours work out of 48, do you have a factory fitted mattress in the back ;D
its like me selling a weeks worth of work & stating that it can be done in 1.75 days! :o

Just to add i have worked this with Julian and whilst yes one of the days is 15 hours we normally do this on a Friday which means you can rest on the Saturday.
Whilst people say that more/same money could be earnt doing work closer to home i think for a trad w/c it tops up the wages quite nicely.
Think about it if you worked a full week and earnt £100 Mon, Tue and Wed you potentially can earn over £1000 for a weeks work.
Obviously you would have put some hours in but hey for a potential of £1k or more for a weeks work (if you have good priced normal work) i thinnk is a bargain, plus seeings as it can be done in the rain even better, or even we did these a few weeks back in the snow storms!

ok lets look at this another way. easy maths.
staff cost £300 week
transport £100 week
total £400 week
t/o £700 week
profit £300 week for not doing a thing ? get three like that and it's a good week
but then if the round does not have a contract it's a risk
-
Glad to see someone has looked at the simple facts............
-
julian did you get my email yesterday.

you know some guys on here bang on about £ per hour. Whats the use if you only have 10hrs a week? Julian has offered you all a chance to make £700 in 2 days, have someone working with you on £100 a day leaves £500, minus £20 for fuel leaves you £480 for 2 days work - its regular work and can be done trad in the rain.
I can't believe anyone would complain about that,my earlier post, if you missed the point was scarcastic - be honest with yourself - how many of you here earn £1200 a week mon to fri ? you would if you didn't turn your nose up at opportunities like this - thats right, an OPPORTUNITY.
Julian, if I lived anywhere near you I would have no hesitation in taking the work off you under conditions.
-
dornt forget to deduct tax and nat insurance
-
No Steve i did not receive your email please send it again.

How do you make it 2 days work ??? It's 41 hours for one person !!!! Divide that by 2 people it's still 2.5 days work for 2 people not 2 days unless you do a 10.5hour day each. Then you have the possible problem of employing someone who is committed, reliable and dependable and ensuring your vehicle is very roadworthy and praying that you are not stuck in traffic jams and the fear of road pricing in the future.
I doubt if many people here make £1200 a week partly because of the weather, partly because of the opportunities but also because they chose to balance their work with their lifestyles.
The USP (Unique Selling Point) of this opportunity is the fact that most of this work is guaranteed as 'Wet Weather' Jobs but the downside is like everything in life there is no guarantee (except dying) to keeping the contract.
I lost a big contract last year and overnight lost 10% of my work which took some time to replace but it taught me a lesson not to rely too heavily on one contract. Now if I'm offered a lot of work from one company I set a limit.
It is a genuinely good job offer for the right person who is looking for the opportunity.
-
yeah easyclean, you're 100% right, my point is this - it can be done in 2 days, ok so they are very long days - julian was honest about this.
for someone looking to increase their monthly turnover I reckon this is a great opportunity - £700/month = £8400 a year pay rise, well worth a look at, although I wouldn't part with £2200 straight up, it would have to be on a 7 clean guarantee.
