The end of the world is nigh, been there done that. What you need is time to recover, how much is up to you. You need to become your own specialist to know your own body.
It will get better but not just like that. This time next week wont be back to normal but it will be one week on the road to recovery.Spring is round the corner even if you cannot see it :)
You will need light poles and brushes (as does everyone out there).
You wont be able to lift 25 litre barrells(yet :)) so a van/car mount sounds like your answer.
Just remember all wfp systems are a brush on a stick with a pump(or second one to transfer water) a power scource(battery) and the RO/DI water.
The snow wil be gone by Monday (fingers crossed)
23 ! you have @ least 40 years to go ( I am 57 and have a prolapsed spine and RSI shoulder injurys.
Look thro matts site and forum for many ideas of the most economical way http://d.co.uk
Keep asking how ?

Start doing the excercises, one finger at a time.

jeff do u have matt email address as i seem to be unable to email him on the website cheers m8 once again.

where in Liverpool are you?
-
Bisc, pm him thro the site he keeps it under his hat.
-
You could go for backpack, pole, ro water butt its a pretty cheap way of going wfp ;)
but if you are coming back from an injury take it easy as wfp also takes its tole until you get usd to it :P
best of luck
