Title: THINKING OF SELLING

I have got a contract cleaning business which operates mainly in Plymouth and i am toying with the idea of selling up for personal reasons.

I have got ongoing contracts worth £50k + vat which have just been renewed and they are all but one on the same site.The contract is an established contract as i have been there for 2 years.
Within the next year I expect the contract to increase by at least £35k + vat for cleaning phase 3 of the development and then another £25k for the ongoing contract.Theres also real scope for expanding. I have proper accounts etc to show everything.

Does anyone know what its worth? or interested?

Hi Phil,

Your accountant should be able to give you a proper valuation.

Ive heard all sorts of ways of calculating value on here but in my opinion its best to get professional advice.
