Regards mike

The majority of my carpet cleaning product purchases are from Craftex.
Excellent products and great delivery times and customer service.

I would recommend Craftex. Good quality products, good price, and a customer service that is second to none. I even had Jason from Craftex come out and help me clean a trashed Pub carpet (The worst I have ever seen) to demonstrate their thermadry system, and other products, now to me that is customer service, they are not afraid to put their money where their mouth is.

I use Craftex products and find they are great. The main thing though is attitude to customers and they were very helpful to me as a newbie offering advice and some handholding.

I use craftex products a lot, quality company, and fantastic service. Can't fault 'em...
-
I use a few of there products and find most of them very good.
The only problem Im finding is thier carpet protecter is not great and wouldn't use their powders again.

What do you find wrong with there powders Rob.
Have to admit I have only ever used their Premium clean to date, and find this to be okay. Are there others out there that are better.
Nigel.

I find there powders not as an effective clean as prochem and bock up the jets.
On comparison on cost they are very cheap! But sometimes you get what you pay for.
I did coment on that i'm not that impresed with there carpet protection but would highly reccomened their fabric protection and superb value for money!

Will have to try some others, I was also looking at Ultimate Master, any problems with blocking of jets with this product.

Macarthur, Can't really comment on Ultimate Master as i have only used it about six times but didn't stick with it.
Must say I have a thing about smells and my favorite is alltec odour clear havn't tried anyother of their products but I know a lot of people use them with fantastic results.

I may well try that product, as I will shortly be contacting Alltec to try their tea stain remover.
Thanks,
Nigel.

Rob, what do find wrong with their carpet protector? I take it you mean Du pont Teflon? I use it a lot but have not had any negative feed-back from custy's......
-
Jacko, I have found that it dosn't work as well as some of the more expensive fluorochemical.
After using it for 2 years i got a call back from a customer asking me to remove a stain on a carpet i had protected 3 months before. On chatting to them about it they said that the liquid had just absorbed straight into the fibres. So i did a few test in places and found that there was a problem.
I thought it was down to me with the application so I got a few of my sample carpets and tried it out on them and was not at all happy with the results. I checked on the size of the jets and my coverage but now I just put it down to thier chemical.
I still have a few hundred advertising leaflets I give to customers but don't apply dupont which I thought was a good advertising gimmick as most people have heard of dupont and reconise it as a good brand name.

Thanx for that Rob. I too have loads of the Dupont Teflon leaflets - they are a good selling point. I think i will treat some samples and test it out.
