Title: Water freezing on the glass

Today has to have been the worst day ever for water freezing on the glass. I'd added some screenwash to the bucket but it was still freeezing on the glass at 10am! I then poured neat screenwash on my applicator but it still froze.

Can anyone recommend a tried and tested way to prevent this happening?
