Hi all ive just aquired a gutter cleaning, chewing gum remover, and graffiti removing machine. Its all new to me and am wondering how i will go about pricing and advertising for these jobs.?
Any help very appreciated .

I would check for similar opperations in your area and telephone for quotes for different sized jobs. Then try to compete in those price ranges.

If you've just invested in a machine then you need to charge reasonable rates to recover the cost. There is no 'standard' charge for these types of services so the best way to price them is to calculate how much time it will take (you'll get some right and some wrong to begin with but with experience you'll get better at it) and then multiply it by an hourly rate. Hourly rates can vary but you'll struggle to get any tradesman for less than £25 per hour. If you need the work and experience drop it a bit but bear in mind that these services aren't really price oriented.
