I find that the staff rest room is sometimes the most neglected, grubby, and depressing part of the premises belonging to organisations which proudly display the logo ‘INVESTORS IN PEOPLE’

I went to an elderly customer yesterday who had a fridge magnet with the word 'CRAFT'  written boldly on it and in small letters beneath it read 'can't remember a flippin' thing'

That's true too
