buisness for sale brings in 1,000 per 4 weeks all  private and ex council houses and good payers
£6,000 please no time wasters
all work next door to each other which means no traveling

Remember, all you are selling is the "good will"  ;)  6k is a bit steep.

For 6k I would expect a van full of wfp gear and the customers!  ;)
