Title: Urgent help Guys/Gals Scratched Glass waiver

Hi all

I need a bit of help wording a waiver against scratched glass
I have a build clean to do on Monday and have agreed a v.good price and also my need for the waiver to be signed before any work commences
But and this is a big but , I am struggling to word it so any suggestions gratefully received
