The contract is for the provision of a window cleaning service to approximately 250 clusters of premises managed by Sheffield Homes that are separated into 8 'Housing Areas' across the entire city. Some of the clusters are made up of several blocks of premises and some are individual premises.

Where do you get this info from? I live in oxfordshire and would like to submit quotes for this sort of work but dont know where to look for it.
