Hi Connie,

What area of cleaning will your business focus on? There are some good courses out there but it's which one is best for you.

Connie,

I started a wheelie bin cleaning company about 10 months ago.  I had help from Norfolk and Waveney Enterprise Scheme as I am based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.  They gave me a 3500 pounds grant )not repayable) and also gave me courses such as accounts, marketing etc etc.  This was primarily because Great Yarmouth is considered to be a deprived area and therefore receives special financial help.   However, depending on where you are there may be a similar government scheme.  I would suggest contacting your local Chamber of Commerce, Job Centre or similar to find out if anything like this is on offer.

Nev.
