Title: help with business plan

hello folks

i'm slowly filling in my business plan and need some help!!  there are a few questions i'm not too sure on, so any help would be a massive bonus.

a, i need statistical information on market.

b, quiet and peak times of year?

c, on average how often do customers (domestic and commercial if possible) have there carpets/ upholstery cleaned?

d,  examples of questionnaires and collected data??

i know some of these questions will be obvious to the seasoned pro, but not for a mere simpleton like myself.
