Title: BS fitting standard

does any one know  to hand the BS fitting standard which covers the correct fitting of carpets including
the prevention of 'draft marks' ie taping of underlay seam together - laying brown paper bewteen floor and underlay

Got a customer complaint - moaning about black lines [6ft apart] on her bedroom carpet
