Title: what is the going rate for staff

hi

   what is the going rate of pay  for employees, do you pay them by how much work they do, is there a big problem with employees trying to take work, what do you do about paying them to sit at home when it is raining.

I have my cousin working for me 2 - 3 days per week at the moment.

He's 19 and I pay him £7 per hour.

i pay £7.50PH for labour.

yea i'd say £7 an hour once they can clean well. Maybe a little more if they're worth it
