Title: having trouble with pole cleans
Post by: pwcleaning on January 27, 2007, 04:46:00 pm
Im having problems cleaning windows using my pole :(
I wash the window using the applicator just missing the top of the window. I then pull the squeege straight down, then move ove to the other side and pull straight down.
The problen im have is that this method seems to leave lines >:(
Ive got to clean a concervatory roof next month but im not sure how im going to do it.

As window wonder said angle your squeegie.
At the end of each stroke just tap your squeegie against the frame to remove excess water and overlap each stroke a bit.

Or you can just wipe the end of your blade, ( the side that will be on the clean bit)

When you do your conservatory roof there are several methods the lads use, My method was with a pole and brush connected to mains water, afterwards you can just blade off the water.
