hi all as any of you had a letter from the above about carrying waste or making profit from waste.
-
I take it you mean having to have a waste carriers license. This has been in force for some years. Basically if you carry any waste whatsever on your vehicle even if its just papers from waste baskets or dirty water froma a truck mount, then you have to have a carriers license. Its around 35 quid a year. Failure to do so can lead to hefty fines.
If you actually process waste then there are various licenses you need depending on what materials you are handling.
