I reckon he means 2800 per fortnight, cant be 280 !!
-
3 x the monthly income is the norm so this should be £1500 or thereabouts.
In Manchester area, the going rate is 10 x monthly income and rounds get bought and sold all the time there.
-
steve are you sure it is 10x monthly that seems a lot , i work in the preston area and find it works out about 4x monthly maximum 5x for really good work.
-
280 quid a fortnight ad he wants 5.5 K
i know why "roundbuilding companies " do so well now
think i might get out and do some door knocking myself
-
I believe so, yes.
The situation there seems to be people with other cash rich businesses buy up window cleaning rounds at that rate and then employ lads to do the work.
Some fellas there have over 10 lads working every day for them on a £200 target each...they get paid £50 and the owner gets £150 off each lad!!

He writes......
"THIS IS A VERY GOOD WINDOW CLEANING ROUND IN SHAW LANCASHIRE IT IS 280.00 A FORTNIGHT I WOULD LIKE 5500 POUND FOR THE ROUND.CASH PREFARABLE PLEASE"
But it says buy it now £6000?
