I'm as bad as that somehow I havent worked a full day since early December combination of things going wrong and and stuggling as a single parent and the weather , Oh and sister and closely followed by my stepfather ending up in hospital, but I'm still blaming my motivation, and I'm sometimes close to giving up with w/c but I'll keep on with it mostly encouredged from others success storys on here.

Borg have you let your customers know your running behind? I dropped a note in through mine to let them know I'd be there shortly also added my home phone number so they have no excuse for not cancelling if not happy.

3 weeks for me but none of my customers seem too fussed. Might be different in the summer when they can see their filthy windows better.

This last week has been dry and helped me catch up somewhat - but when I fall behind - like mid Dec to mid Jan just gone - I keep up the best value customers and let the outlying slide a bit and then catch up as the weather gets better and the daylight hours lengthen.

But three months would be my gentle way of letting them drop!

If you're 3 months behind you've got too much work.

Besides, if you do the jobs monthly how can you be 3 months behind? ??? ;D

I'm probably about a week late, but I've never taken any notice of whether I'm "behind" or not.
I get there when I get there.
If I turn up spot-on 4 weeks it feels early.

If everyone says to me "Where have you been?" then I'm obviously a bit behind.
But I rarely hear that.

Some people worry about this job too much.

Have had a fantastic week work and weather-wise, so I'm actually ahead! I'm starting to realise I need more work!   ;) Only got 3 customers that I had to leave til next month, but I went round and let them know and they were fine about it.

For my BEST work, I am NEVER late! ;) That's always organized for the first week of the month. I'm running 2-3 weeks late on the rest though :(
