Title: safety statement

Looking for some advice, we need to get a safety statement for a contract we are bidding for.
I spoke to a health and safety consultant but he is not sure how to word it. Do any of you guys have a safety statement which you present to potential clients
and if so what does it cover? I am presuming that health and safety regulations are more or less the same in the U.K. as Ireland.
All advice greatly appreciated
