HI ALL

HAS THE ELECTRICITY AT WORK REGULATIONS 1989 STILL APPLY
OR HAS IT BEEN UPDATED

I believe it still stands unchanged however there are others regs associated with it such as the The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994 which drill down in greater depth into certain areas.

Have a look at the HSE site for further info which may answer this enquiry if you specific question on electrical safety.
