I've heard there is a way of cleaning resin and then reusing it. Does anyone do this?

No. i dont see the need to if you can afford a small ro even a merlin your resin costs would be minimal i have a 25ltr resin chamber and is still reading 000 i bought the resin back in march last year.Would be a lot of time consumed trying to clean it

there is a way but it involves Hydrochloric acid and you need some acid bins and equipment to do it safely. Can`t see the point unless it was done on an industrial scale.

Surely it would be useful for someone who had a DI system. It would be worthwhile then.

cheaper and easier to get a RO system than messing about with acid.
