Title: What footware does everybody wear?
Post by: steve5000 on January 23, 2007, 07:17:38 pm: Jst wondering what footware does everybody wear,and whats the most comfortable? ???

I`m wearing trainers at the mo but sometimes find them slippery when going up and down the ladder,due to grass being wet ect.

Must say I do like Matts ;D thinking of getting a pair of them myself. ;)

In really cold/wet weather I wear my Karrimor walking boots.

They're a bit heavier tho' - so it's a trade off.

Check them out. Cost me £125! But have lasted 5 years. I need to get some new ones now.
They are the best I have ever bought.

Light, hard wearing, totally waterproof up to your ankles, and very warm too. They really are the best.
Probably £150 now for a good pair, but if they last 5 years, that is £30 a year for the best warmth, dry, and comfort you can get.

A good bed and good shoes.

When you're not in one you're in the other ;)
