The bizarre thing is, hes probably been doing that for years without incident.  Someone should really lease him a cherrypicker :P

Have you seen the scafolding usedin the fasr east , mostly bamboo based , tied together ,  mmmmmm  , wonder what they would  make of water fed  poles   lol,

the risk assessment said it was risky!!!!!

its a srt of truckmouted platform,  perfect for the job

There appears to be somebody at the bottom (behind the lamp post) footing the ladders so he's as safe as houses ::)
