Clean It Up

When i done my first job last Monday, i was a bit worried that everything was going to go ok.
I cleaned the top windows fine. When i got to the bottom i started cleaning them when i noticed that there was a small scratch on a small window. The scratch was about an 2inch long and thick.
Could i have done this?? I havent heard anything yet.

you dont say if you use wfp or you are trad,either way its so hard to scratch the glass that you almost certainly are not to blame.the scratch was probably already their and cleaning the window just made it more visable.whatever you do dont take the blame, tell the customer " if he mentions it,if not say nothing " that their is no way you could have scratched the glass,end of.

I use trad, thanks for the comment I think im only worried because its my first week.
