Title: How you can clean a memory foam mattress?

Does any know if you can clean the above or if you should clean them? your thoughts would be welcome, cheers Phil

I did one once, wish I hadnt, no matter how hard I try, I cant forget it.

Seriously now,
Its not the foam you will be cleaning just the fabric covering, so I would just pre spray with  Micro Splitter and a touch of deodoriser, gently agitate with a dampened towel, and rinse off with plain water through a CFR Upholstery tool and assist drying with a Turbo Dryer.
