Title: Extracta Products

I would just like to say how good the service I've received from Extracta has been.

I'm not connected with them but they really got me out of a bind last week and I think good service should be shouted about.

Oh and their products are excellent as well.

I have always found Extracta to be superb on customer service.

You talk to the people that build / design the machines.

If you buy a machine like the Excell model it could easily last you a "working lifetime".

20 years is nothing for one of those machines.



Cant fault them.

ps  But the wands are CRAP ! swap it for a twin jet stainless steel.

im more then happy with all my exels  but have to agree with the last comment its good do with a refesh
