any body going to risk working in this wind today? been dithering about getting out their cos rain very light, but christ its windy

if i dont go out i have to do huge list of housework the boss"wife"has left me,i hate housework :'(    ps im wfp  wouldnt even consider ladders in this wind

No way, even i wouldn't get my pole & long worm out as Squeaky puts it,  ;D.

I'm up to date & only had 6 new cleans to do today, tomorrow is goog so i'll do em then, prob have to do couple hours sat.

Been out this morning to do 1 job a low commercial in/out job so pole did`nt need extending,
but there are trees down,fence panels down(including some of mine)  >:(,
so it`s just not worth it today,

The wind has really got up in the last hour, personally I'm not sure it's safe to go out at ll.

PS. You'll be glad to know I took the ladders off my van last night just in case.

just gone out to buy a diary. Not working because of the gales.
Just missed driving into this by about 2 minutes. I was getting into my car and 50 yards in front of me was this.

holy moly.

I still have roof & chimney bits coming off my roof too  :(

Cannot do anything about it.  Insurers cannot send anyone because of H & S

Its gale force winds here in Nottingham trees down all over my gate is hanging off on my drive theres no way i'd work in this today too dangerous

Ive sent the wife out to do the shopping better safe than sorry ;D

hope she gets back with my dinner :D

I worked today from 9am - 1pm. Did 1 job which was an inside, outside + conservatory roof job.

Glad I stopped after that one, coz the wind is really really bad around here now!

Hi
Very windy here in Birmingham. If i did go out i would have had to stand with my pole next to house i was doing and let wind pressure do its job.

So i designed my signwriting for my van instead.

Lets hope tomorrow brings the money in..... ;)
