Its only a 2-4'er, but Im loving it.
I have been needing one and they are not readily available over here so I just made my own.
What do you think?

Very neat. 8) Mellow yellow.
If you slacken off the thread the brush may swivel slightly left to right allowing you to alter the angle by twisting the pole with your hands.
-
you need to take out the bristles directly opposite each jet. Looks good though.

Yes ash sean said.
You need to take out a few rows of bristles between the jets and a bit either side of the jets to allow to water to flow properly.

What is a good way to remove them?
Just cut them out?

The thread on the US pole did not match up with the thread on the angle adaptor from the UK, so it too a bit of muscling on and then I had to tape it down.
I was warned that this particular pole may become unlocked and close up on me. If that happens then I will be putting a swivel head on it to reduce that problem.

No pull them out with a pair of pliers.

I made myself a pole in much the same way with the same problem of the threads not being identical, a good tip is to drill a small hole on either side of the brushes collar, push the angle adapter in as best you can and then screw the 2 together with a couple of self tapping screws.

or just drill right the way though and put a bolt through it all, works great
