Your suppliers will have them, all you need to do is ask ;D

In case you were wondering, you do not write your own COSHH sheet. As sparklecleaning has said, you can obtain these from any supplier.
Some, like Canon or Jangro will send you a cd rom with all their product's safety data sheets on them for you to print as and when.
Some will print off relevant sheets while you wait

Just to add a bit more to this which I hope will clarify.
The suppliers do have to issue you with data sheets for there products they supply, often you will get these when you first order a product if the company is on the ball. These data sheets will have all the relevant information on the product and its hazards.
However as they do not know how you are going to use them and in what circumstances, it is then up to you to do a COSHH assessment (which is really a form of risk assessment) to decide if it is the right product etc. It may be there is a safer alternative which will do the job equally well, in which case you select that, or it may require specific training or PPE to be supplied before the task is carried out. The COSHHE form then is a record of this which is subject to regular review to ensure the process and product is still relevant to the task.
Have a look at this links as it covers the subject without being too hard a read!

Hope that helps,
