mmm just outer intrest y do u think the five machines u stated are no good? after them 5 thiers not lot choice left , these are all wellmade machines the ninja top spec is a very good machine and well made the other ones are well made but lack a bit of spec
-
well the feed back on the ninja on here is that they are too heavy wheels too small
etc.:: scopion too flimbsy my staff would just kill it!!prochem ive got its crap :o
its just blown 2 vacs again hydromaster is too behind the times where the Mytee
seems too be King of all , or am i wrong!
-
and what about the alltec machines
-
Hi
I bust the nuts out of my Alltec Advantage and it still wants more.
Cheers
Neil
-
Give alltec a go. You will NOT regret it!
-
I reguarly take my ninja up to top floor flats...its not heavy unless you have all the gismo's added like auto feed etc...if you just want a basic machine then it would be light enough, they are durable, and the pumps and vacs are easy to change yourself with a little knowledge.
-
i would agree with matt
i move my ninja to top floor of flats with out too much hard work
imo the back wheels make stair climbing easy
i donot have any regrets for buying my ninja
-
Why don't you go to the people who actually supply / manufacture the machines and try them out, as you will only get a true feel of a machine, by doing that.
All you will get here will be opinions and too many of these will cloud, rather than clear the issues.
Don't be too concerned about the huge variation in psi, and / or vac' power, as there are machines, with only 100psi and some with a single vac' which offer adequate performance, for moderate use.

extracta excel , just the job for domestic and commercial
-
i have had no probs whith prochem (5 years) tx
-
What do you intend using the machine for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
robbie
-
I have been using Altech for 18 years plus.
Wouldnt have anything else, not very pretty to look at but for sheer hard work and day in day out reliability and most of all excellent after sales service.
They do previously used ones, well worth a punt IMO>
-
well it looks like i'm going to get the powr-flite machine i spoke to Matt
at clean-smart today {cool guy very helpful} and this machine ticks all
the boxes i will let you all know what its like. Should get delivery Mon/Tues
AM I DOING THE RIGHT THING EDD??? :) ??? ???
-
I would think it's a good choice, but why not the CFR , Perfect Heat
robbie
-
not sure i like the idea of using the recycled water all dirty and that :-\
but powr-flite has got 50ltr fresh 42ltr waste it really does look the dogs
and the cfr wand has sold it to me,i think the business will benefit with a new look! ;D no i'm not getting a face lift lol plus 50 feet hose and a hard floor wand with the 500psi pump it should be able to clean the grout and
floors a treat ? anyhow we have got a big job next week so we`ll see
how it works.Edd
-
I have the said machine. Build quality and performance are superb as is the service from matt. It doesn't have 3 vacs but does have plenty of heat. Its appearance wows the customers but it is heavy.
Cheers
Fred
-
thanks diverse im glad the machine is good as i have not seen one only
on the web pictures , heavy doesnt bother us as there 2 of us !!
Please tell me what the cfr wand is really like does it really dry the carpets any quicker or is it just sales talk?
build quality is a very important factor i carn`t stand rubbish kit is it worth
buying a cfr hand tool or will the Prochem do??? ??? ???Edd
-
wonderwand is excellent although I dont think everybody likes it. Get a cfr hand tool from matt at cleansmart on a free trial. Success with these depents on your tooling , they are all about maximising airflow, you will need to experiment. The roller on the wondrewand is a waste of time in my opinion , it can be easily removed. Hope that helps.

whats wrong with ninja
-
Ninja rules ok
-
everyone else thinks its too heavy??? :o :o :o :o :o :o
-
Ninja rules ok
I'll go with that - 2 years in with mine and all Ive done is change the valve on the WAND - :o
But I have a yellow one - they built better I think :P
-
sounds to me like u buying a machine just on pictures, u wanna no the build q of machines then u must go see them working and see how heavy they are etc , ninjas are well built , rhinos not so good, altec are well made but lack big pumps heat etc etc heard a few horror storys about powerflite machine, and not heard any good feedback on their super roller wand thing, i hav a few of these machines and hav seen most but if i was looking for new machine top of my list would be HEAT big pump then vacs the v2 ninja heater is the dogs nuts yet to come across another heater as good
-
Nothing wrong with my Rhino Paul, why are they not so good, a strong sturdy machine that performs its duty very well as far as I can see.
Nigel.
-
hi nigel, no theres nothing wrong with them i hav one as well as a ninja and a alltec machine , but i just think the ninja is better q machine the wireing , and bits and bobs just looks more sturdy etc
this could be due to the guts of the machine built here weres the rhino are just imported and id say are build regs are prob more strict than across the pond
-
Hi Paul, How old is your Rhino?
Only had mine for 7 months now. From what I can understand the newer ones are better, and thought that these were manufactured by Masterclean over here in the UK and no longer imported.
Nigel.
-
Paul,
You sound just like a man called Gary who used to post on here a lot until the other week. Gary just loved his Ninja!
;)
-
i hav to meet him then sounds like we get on well, li dont love me ninja just imo what i hav what i seen it comes out tops for me,but the scorpio set up looks and sounds good but yet to see in action and lacks a built in heater
-
Ninja every time we have the 135 psi would love the top spec ;D just leave it down stairs add another hose no problem ;D cant find any thing thats a problem
with it hard working machine ;D
-
I have a prochem steempro, with a 135psi pump and an inline heat exchange unit.
it`s never let me down, and i`ve dropped it down stairs and allsorts it bouncys well ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
-
Sorry i dont no your first name but it looks like you are making a big mistake If you are getting a new machine then take a day off and demo it first .Ive just got the new scorpion 500 psi and what a machine .Im not saying its the machine for you but its the best ive had (porty ) Ive heard good things about the ninja and the alltec but demo first as you have to live with it for a long time .But thats only my opinion DES
-
HI DES,
WHY DO YOU RECOMMEND THE SCORPION? WHAT SORT OF DEAL DID THEY GIVE?
I'M LOOKING TO UPGRADE FROM MY ALLTEC 40 PLUS,
REGARDS DUTCH
-
No deals (god i sound like noel edmunds) but i was fed up with the jobs that i could not use my truckmount on and i still wanted as near truckmount performance as is possible Dont take any notice of the looks ( its ugly ) but it does the job and i found it ok to take up stairs if you need to Des
-
CHEERS DES,
BEST REGARDS DUTCH
-
Paul well the powr flite has got 500psi pump 2 heaters which is supposed to be v good ie read the spec but im taking your advice and going for a test drive and going to the clean show first ;D ;D ;D ;D
-
Thought you needed this URGENTLY for last Friday..........that's what your post said !!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
and u said u brought machine and was getting del on monday or tues ::)
-
raed all his posts hes not asking hes advertising
-
well spotted Ian :),
I was thinking the same a couple of days ago, I think they call it some thing along the lines of placment advertising.
geoff
-
it is possible to put a 500 psi pump in my prochem steem pro ;D ;D
does anyone know ??? ??? ???
-
i spoke too woodbridge today and he said yes cost about £360.00
so i might keep mine now ..well now i am going to the cleaning show
in march to look at all the machines i`ll just wait till then.i think my steempro is a mega machine especially with the new vac motors its so quiet and easy to live with again!so whats the point of a new one only to spend loads more money?
-
what do you mean about ADVERTISING !!!!! i am looking at buying a new machine because i thought mine was not up to some of the bigger jobs but the new
vacs has made such a difference and putting a new gasket on the waste lid
I had forgotten how good the steempro is .If you read my other posts you`ll
read that i needed a machine for Friday because mine had blown the vacs ,
now the new vacs from woodbridge came in time to fit so the jobs could go ahead.most of the work has been done now with excellent results using prespray gold with crystal green with a splash of double clean as i was prochem trained 12 years ago
As for ADVERTISING, what that i needed a new machine whats wrong with that i only wanted to know what everyone else was using or thinking cheers EDD
