Title: Dry Fusion
Post by: will01 on January 14, 2007, 11:41:41 am
Hi all:

Can anyone tell me what carpets are best suited to dry fusion and which are not?

I am under the impression that it's not so impressive on pile carpets such as wool or 80/20 but is more suited to low profile commercial carpets.

For example if you had a dirty 80/20 would cleaning with Hwe not provide far deeper clean than using Dry fusion?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Will

You're right, it's best suited to low profile carpets.

IMO bonnet cleaning doesn't remove much soiling, it spreads it around so that the carpet looks clean. Perfect for maintaining the appearance of commercial carpets in between wet cleans. HWE definitely removes more soiling.

I wish all the dirt that gets picked up by my bonnets would stay in the carpet,
it would save a mountain of washing.  ;)
