Title: Are any of your customers moody this time of the year

I've had a few real moody customers recently, maybe its the debt of christmas but i've had to tread very carefully recently and had some real moody b*stards, and i've had a few unusually high cancellations, just wondered if anyone else is finding the same?

mind you i got a late christmas tip last week so its not all bad ;)

most are in good spirits so far but a couple of pub landlords not very happy at all maybe xmas wasn't busy enough for them!

No all good so far apart from one who now thinks im ripping him off as it used to take 45 minutes to clean his house, now takes 20 -25 minutes.

I dont know about my customers , but I have had the hump with some of mine . So much so I am putting up my prices from Monday.

50/50 at the moment so no change for me..
The mums seem to be happy but i think thats coz the kids are back at school.. ;D

Had a few not during the rain please ,so not during the sun either. gained more than Ive lost plus added a few bob to them the new ones that is.
 All in all not to grumpy customers.
