Would anyone know why it is around clean 3 or 4 that customers start to play games with dates/schedules/pricing/not opening gates etc?
This is just a thought and in a moment of geekyness I have gone through all my customers and this seems to be a very strong trait for many of my customers.
Have you found the same? and is it appropriate to attatch electrodes to their 'nether' regions and pass humongus amounts of electricity through them?
All the best Dave

Dave,
When you start from scratch, you'll find plenty of 'bad customers', especially once familiarity begins to breed contempt.
Be firm, remind them of your original agreement and drop 'em if they try to shift the terms too much in their favour.
What happens is, over the years you'll get a better customer base, purely by dropping the dross.
Of course I still have the odd customer who tries it on, but it's rare it happens these days 'cos we get rid of our chaff as we go along.
