I want to buy a truckmount but can not make my mind up which
one.
I know a lot of you have various ones, any pointers please. ???

less £900 vat back

Less £4000 sale of van

total outlay = £3100 plus you get an adventure / hassle buying it depending which way you look at it.

THERE is a blazer with 1200 hours for 1500 quid on there too, with the weak dolar im seriously considering a trip out to fill a container !

Jason i dont think £3,100 for a 98 crossfire with 3500 hrs is that great a deal.

more like £2k.

If your going 2nd hand make sure you can get parts asap.  Also IMO get a machine who your local supplier can fix.  So if its Prochem get a Prochem machine.  You should get a 2nd hand machine for £3500 easily enough but you WILL have to do repairs on them.

Definately get one a local supplier can repair as Mark says, i bought new last september and have had one minor problem,but had i not been able to pop in locally i would have lost a day during the xmas rush.

I almost bought one on  a low price from further away but didn't like the PRE sales care and from what i've heard since i would probably have been taking it back a lot more and not earning !

Keep an eye on forums like this and check ebay out regularly.The Ncca magazine normally has a couple for sale in their classified section

I know too a Hydramaster Max 450 Diesel going for the right money if any one is interested! ;D
